duluthdan Posted June 26, 2013 Share Posted June 26, 2013 Neck width change? The original spec for this model state nut width at 1.725 - MV Tony indicates this one at 1.75 ? I had a custom shop SJ built with basically the SCSJ specs except I added the Luthier's Choice neck - nut width 1.75, and I like the little bit of extra real-estate on the fret board and the finger / string spacing. Probably for consistency amongst their videos, all the ones I have watched are miced in the same way and he plays the same stuff on them so you can hear the difference between that and other guitars they review.
