vacamartin
What's Gibson got going for Summer NAMM? Haven't heard squat!
Searcy
Usually Gibson dosnt bother with Summer NAMM. They save their money for Winter NAMM
L5Larry
Maybe the best idea they could come up with is a Firebird XI.
Searcy
I just saw something on FaceBook suggestion that Gibson IS as Summer NAMM this year. I'll be there tomorrow. If I see anything I'll try to report back.
Rabs
I saw this up on the site... its about the only thing that I thought was interesting of what I have seen do far
surfpup
Yeah, according to Gibson's Face Book profile, they are there. They haven't been yakking about anything really new though. Like a dummy, I'm getting to Nashville the day after Summer NAMM closes. Didn't plan that trip very well did I?
Searcy
I may have a little get together next year if anyone is interested. I have 1.5 acres here that in the past has turned into a little tent site for guitar parties. Might be cool to plan one around Summer NAMM 2014. Riffster
I'd be up for a meetup. Is NAMM at the new convention center?

Searcy
I'd be up for a meetup. Is NAMM at the new convention center? It was. It ended yesterday. I'm thinking about planning this out a little better next year and have a meet up with anyone that wants to show up. You're a local boy so I expect you and BBP to be there. Searcy
What is this one Clint? Those are made by an amp company called DevilCat. I'll have more pictures later.
Searcy
Gibson had a booth there but it was pretty disappointing. They were easily out done by Yamaha, Taylor, Martin, US Music and ESP. This luthier van display was might cool though. Mind you Gibson DID give away a Les Paul, an SG and a nice Epiphone acoustic. That was cool. Searcy
The only guitar at the Gibson booth (I think that had 10 all together) that made me stop and lust for a while was this Alpine Burst Les Paul T. I don;t know if you can see it but it's a burst. You can actually see the flame maple top through the white. Fantastic guitar. Had the MinEtune system installed which made it even more cool. Searcy
Old names being brought back is a trend these days. Electra was always cool. It's good to see the name back with that tortoise binding again.

Searcy
These guys had a really cool bunch of ideas. Pull the knob off any of your pedals and be able to tweak it with your foot. Or pull the knob off your guitar and replace it with an arm that allows you to do tremolo effects. Pretty cool and amazingly simple.
