A technical problem converted the stereo sound to mono while synchronizing to the video image. The problem has been solved and now you can hear the song as it was supposed to be... Please pass this new link to anyone you may have shared the video with... Sorry this happened

Yeah man, you can really hear the difference.. Can hear the backing vocals more and the little guitar twiddles and that keyboard/synth sound.. The last vid was great, this is actually better (sound wise [thumbup] )

Oh and mistakes happen.. the big thing is you knew straight away and you fixed it :)

I must have listened to and watched the video 20+ times. I think it's great. Very creative and well it rocks.

It would be nice if the local stations started playing it. We're surrounded by Mexican Radio Stations here in Santa Maria.

I think they'd play it a whole bunch Dave.

Send me a few CDs and I'll see what I can do for you.

Hey Cali, thanks so much for the offer but as yet the tune is unsigned and I don't think radio stations play unsigned material... I'm hoping I will get some offers from record companies if the video does well on Youtube. I really don't have a marketing plan other than that...

So have it hit any radiostation,or are there any other new's around it. Again very good and pro job on song and video.

The only thing I have done with this song is put it up on YouTube. It is unsigned as of yet. I am hoping if it makes enough noise on YouTube someone will be interested and make me an offer... I never was very good at marketing and I don't know what else to do. If it was electronic dance music I have tons of contacts and labels I could offer it too as I have release lots of that type of music with some degree of success. This track is the first song I've composed with guitar rather than a computer and synths... Besides the music industry has changed so much I don't even know if people still buy music...

If anyone has some ideas or advise please do tell... :-)

Just explain who you are and link the video. Also if you don't have a band web site you should definitely make one.

There are many others out there but you should probably go do a bit of research on the internet.. Just type "most popular social networking sites" or something and have a read. Most of it is free and wont do you any harm at all only get you more viewers..

Good luck with it man [thumbup]

Its one of the great things about the internet.. If you can manage to make some noise you don't even need a record deal... You can gain a fan base on social networking sites and sell stuff from your web site and organise your own gigs (which is where the money is at anyway, record sales add up to not much these days). You could also put your tune up on ITunes and maybe speak to someone at Spotify (internet radio)..

Theres A LOT you can do for yourself. :)

Good solid advise Rabs, thanks... I'll look into it. I'd like to put the tune on itunes but you can't just put up one song, they want you to have at least 2 or three albums....
