Looks great. [thumbup] Olympic white and maple is a great combination. I didn't realize the American Standards had a vintage style bridge now.

I've had a rosewood neck on my Oly for a while, but am thinking about trying a maple neck next.

Love that color with the Maple neck!!! Congrats, you'll love that guitar I bet. I really liked the sound of the new Fat 50's on the Tri. That's really why I got another Strat is the Pups & the Promo. Can you get the $100 rebate?

I decided that I liked that Oly white better than the bright white. Just me maybe. I can't decided whether to put the pearloid white pick guard on the Oly White or on the new TriBurst w/ Rosewood neck. Maybe the Tri for the contrast.

I wish it was Alpine white , but Olympic white will work. Its 1099.00 plus tax

See, when I got my American Strat they only had black but it was $710 including tax, new, with case, tags and an extra set of strings, granted this was a few years ago but I just could not pass it up.

The cool thing about a white Strat (I dig white guitars) is you can change pickguard colors and almost anything will match.I really like the tortise shell one that surfpup has in a pic in his reply but any different color guard can give it a whole new personality. Big time congrats on the new axe.
