The guitar mic appears to be a c12 Akg type clone mic. Great on acoustic guitar , can be a bit bright depends on the mic pre used, wonder what capsul they are using ? Many diy mics like this out there of this type , using a apex 460 mic and gutting it, then stuffing it with the same curcuit as the old c-12 , better tube, better capsul, some killer capsul repos are out there now adays as well, IMHO it's the capsul that makes the mic.

A new Akg c-12 is about 5k , vintage one are even more $$$ ,clones are much less.

The guitar mic here is the VT 12, which as you rightly point out, appears to be a C12 clone. At about $500 US, it looks like a really good value. The vocal mic (F 47) is dirt cheap at about $150.

Wonder if the f47 is a fet mic with a 47 capsul? Much better balanced capsul frequency response wise,

Problem with china based mics are the high end , just takes attention to detail to get the capsul tuned with a sweet high end vs ice pick ,stack a few tracks with the same mic , ya have a mess,

believe there c12 type is from the same factory as the avantone c12.

At a out the same price, think the apex 460 with a few upgrades is a better value. Ymmv
