Could I Add a Vibrola Tremelo To A Gibson Firebird V-2010?

Hi Guys,

 

I'm from the UK and firebird's with the vibrato's are very hard to come by, unless of course you go ferreting around on the vintage market and re-mortgage your house.

 

My question is would it be at all possible to buy the Gibson Firebird V-2010 and then separately add a Tremelo like the one in the link below.

I don't see why not however I would just like to get a more solid opinion and idea as to whether or not I'd successfully be able to pull it off. Or would it jut be worth saving for a while longer and buying the real deal?

 

Any ideas and suggestions are welcome.
