charlie brown
"Value," is only what YOU place on it. There's literally no real "investment" value, to any of these 3 models. Or, any "Epiohone," made in Asia, for that matter. They might keep up, with inflation, if you're lucky. But, as a "player's" guitar, and dollar to quality value, they're pretty hard to beat! ArchtopBill
Essentially, yea! Here is a photo of the WIldkat before its cap! Close, but not identical. I had an AlleyKat which had a full-sized humbucker at the bridge and a mini-humbucker at the neck. I previously owned an LP Deluxe with mini's. The routed body of the AlleyKat was a touch more "airy" (not acoustical, but just a hint) from my recollection of the LP when playing with just the neck pick up. My wife hated both. newlife15
I must add that the P-93 Rivera Is an absolute value for the dollar. Like the Casino it can cross over a lot of different genres and fit in well in all styles of music. I am having a blast with mine and really don't have much desire at this time to take my other guitars out of their cases. The neck fits so well in my hands that I can play for long periods of time and come back for more only a short while later :-) Roy
Campbell
As a Wildkat owner, I can speak on the "value" of this guitar. You do get quite a bang for your buck. Another nice aspect about the Wildkat that I appreciate is that she doesn't try to be anything else. It's not another variation on the ES models nor Les Paul, she's her own breed of cat. Campbell
I'm kinda bummed to see the Wildkat losing this election. The poll is for best value. And I still believe the Wildkat offers so much for such a little price tag (i.e. value); Grover tuners, P90 pick ups, bound body/neck, Bigsby vibrato, limited run of colors/finishes.
