It has come to my attention via pentagon insiders that NORAD has shot down Santa. At 0137 hours GMT a UFS (unidentified flying sleigh) was observed in the air space above Nova Scochia Canada. After repeated attempts to contact the UFS the President was notified. Since the President Bush was in the can reading his favorite book "Mommy, Why is the Sky Blue" VP Chaney gave the order to splash the UFS. VP Chaney couldn't be reached for comment, but Secretary Rice faced with a major international crisis stated the Sleigh was packed with weapons of mass destruction and we had no other choice. She then produced the PDB (Presidential Daily Briefing) entitled "Santa's war on Christians" subtitled "Choking small children with plastic junk".

 

Sorry kids there is no Christmas this year.
