JDvargas Posted August 24, 2013 Share Posted August 24, 2013 Hi we've been trying to contact you guys for over a year, my brother BROKE THE MACHINE HEAD of our DARK FIRE and we don't know where we can go to fix it, we've been calling to the Nashville Gibson Repair & Restoration and they keep us on hold FOR HOURS! and at the end we receive a voice recording letting us know that nobody was available, and the same thing happen when we contact San Francisco's headquarters. Dave F Posted August 29, 2013 Share Posted August 29, 2013 I just emailed Gibson Service last Friday and they already contacted me via email within three business days and they are arranging me to send a guitar to them.
