JDvargas Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 Hi we've been trying to contact you guys for over a year, my brother BROKE THE MACHINE HEAD of our DARK FIRE and we don't know where we can go to fix it, we've been calling to the Nashville Gibson Repair & Restoration and they keep us on hold FOR HOURS! and at the end we receive a voice recording letting us know that nobody was available, and the same thing happen when we contact San Francisco's headquarters. WE NEED A RESPONSE TO OUR PROBLEM SINCE THE DARK FIRE HAS LIFE TIME WARRANTY. contact number (323) 304-1112
Dave F Posted August 29, 2013 Posted August 29, 2013 I just emailed Gibson Service last Friday and they already contacted me via email within three business days and they are arranging me to send a guitar to them. I'm statisfied. From previous experience I expect the guitar to be gone 2 to 3 months.
StanTheMan1956 Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 I wrote to them twice about a LP and never got an answer. Worse customer service I've ever received. Next time you write/call tell them you work for Slash or Joe Bonamassa and then maybe you'll get someone to talk with you.
