JDvargas Posted August 24, 2013 Share Posted August 24, 2013 Hi we've been trying to contact you guys for over a year, my brother BROKE THE MACHINE HEAD of our DARK FIRE and we don't know where we can go to fix it, we've been calling to the Nashville Gibson Repair & Restoration and they keep us on hold FOR HOURS! and at the end we receive a voice recording letting us know that nobody was available, and the same thing happen when we contact San Francisco's headquarters. Hopefully, that problem can be resolved. You didn't go into details about exactly how it was damaged. With any luck, the machine head your brother broke will be "as a result of faulty materials or workmanship", and will be covered by the warranty. Good luck. cjsinla Posted August 24, 2013 Share Posted August 24, 2013 I saw your picture on the other post, Gibson is not going to fix something that is broken through normal wear and tear. If I was you, I would just replace the machine head. Shame on you for not being able to play your guitar for a whole year. Judging by your phone number, you live in Los Angeles.
