daveinspain
Ok there has been quite a bit of discussion about this little looper. It's small, easy to use, sounds great and lots of fun but... I'm having problems getting a clean loop cycle. I always get a glitch or slight pause between where the loop ends and picks up again. I used to be a drummer so I do consider myself as having good timing but why is it so difficult to get a clean loop cycle? Should be click on as you start playing and click off where the loop should start over again but it doesn't seem to be that easy. Is there a trick to getting a clean loop? Riffster
Fortunately for me my jam buddy showed me how to do it. You are describing the right technique but you may be off on the click off. You have to stomp right as you play the first note or chord and essentially stomp again as you play the first chord to create a seamless loop. It takes practice. cookieman15061
Yep start on the one as you hit the button. This will leave no pause in the turn around.
Riffster
The real trick is in overlapping the first chord or note, you have to close the loop, the pedal does not do that for you.
surfpup
I had the same problem - and am still getting it down. But yeah, stomp on the one to start it and on the one again to end it. And it's gotta be exactly on that one! So if you were playing a 12 bar pattern, you'd keep playing as though you were continuing through the pattern again and stomp right as you began the 12 bar pattern again (make sense?).
