crust Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 I know some posts that are inappropriate should definitely be reported. I think we all know what I'm talking about. But, is it appropriate to report posts that Epiphone themselves might be able to answer and respond to more quickly, without having to contact customer service or some other "Epiphone entity" ? I think the "report post" might be underutilized, if "reporting" a pertinent post with unanswered questions or requests, that cannot be responded to by the general members of this (and the entire) Gibson/Epiphone web site cannot be properly addressed. what do you(and Epiphone) think about this ? thanks for responding.
