Can anyone identify this LP?

I found it at the Memphis factory last year. I've always been more of a Jackson guy, but I fell in love with this one and would like to know more about the model/finish/etc so maybe I could put it on my wish list!

Thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum.

AFAIK it's a Les Paul Studio Flood Anniversary.

There were a few different colours available and from what I remember they were made to commemmorate the floods which caused so much damage in Nashville a few years back.

They are often described as having a 'Bowling Ball' finish for obvious reasons...

Thanks for the info! That explains why I've not been able to find them anywhere on the Gibson site for order!!

I'll have to keep an eye out for them - hadn't even considered the 'bowling ball' aspect until you mentioned it, but I love guitars that have a little more 'flair' to them!

Thanks again!
