harmonicchaos Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 trust me i do know some sorry, i didn't mean it that way... it's just kinda nice playing acoustic stuff on an actual acoustic guitar sometimes :) I like the variety at least.
bigfootdg Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Looks great, how is the sound, would you recomend it. Sorry for poor punctuation, my keyboard is broken.
Thundergod Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Looks great... and all that for getting straight? (just kidding... and for those who dont understand the joke, it comes from his previous post). I love tha way those big headstocks look on acoustic epis... they should use them in the electric line. Congratulations man, happy holidays!
Guitar slinger Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 I'll give you a shaver if you get straight, ckledzeppelin.
Riffster Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 Nice guitar, gotta love those Jumbos. And thank you for following up on your post. Have you ever noticed some ask for advice/opinions they get like 20 responses and they never follow up at all?
ckledzepplin Posted December 24, 2008 Author Posted December 24, 2008 Looks great' date=' how is the sound, would you recomend it. Sorry for poor punctuation, my keyboard is broken.[/quote'] yeah, i freakin love it, just replace the factory strings. I got it at guitar center and they had it set a $400, but on mf they had it for 350, so gc did a price match, and then i had a 10% off cupon and so i got it for 315, but with tax it was 329
deepblue Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 Sweet acoustic. I just got a new one myself. Its nice for a change of pace.
surfpup Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 Welcome to the club of players who love both acoustic and electric guitars. I'll pass on a tip... I always try to play songs/licks/leads etc on the acoustic. If I can nail 'em there, I know I've got 'em down. Stick with it and the acoustic will build strong hands and accurate picking. Enjoy the new jumbo!
Silverbursted Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 Congrats CK, looks good. I keep finding myself migrating toward the cedar rooms every time I go into a music store. Something tells me I really want a 12 string Breedlove. +:-@
:oilpit: Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 You look like a goon with glasses on... nice guitar
SRV-Zeppelin Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 Nice. I really need a good acoustic...
