Which ES-335 do I have?

Recommended Posts

Just researched. Thomann is offering a 1959 ES-335 TD with Vintage Natural finish at EUR 4590, and this one is said to come with two Burstbucker pickups (number 1, 2 or 3 not stated).

P.S.: Forgot to mention that Sweetwater specified '57 Classic pickups.

So, it's the really nice one, just like Gibson said? What's "TD"?

(breathing into a paper bag)

Yes, it's the really nice one, and TD says Thinline Dual Pickup.

Sorry, forgot to post that on the Gibson website

Burstbuckers 1 (neck) and 2 (bridge) are specified. I can say that they are very great as the four-lead wired versions of 'em came stock on a Les Paul of mine.

You're welcome, Cyrja. After having read that you felt you're lost in your topic description, I'm glad I was a bit of help to turn the story into the right direction. [thumbup]
