Riptide
I was just trying to remember what this brand of these pedalboards were and I couldn't for the life of me! Thank! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtczyo9m5NI

Riffster
The ones on the Social Distortion pics may be home-made.
NHTom
If you blow up the top picture, it looks like Johnny's has round corners........don't know who made them that way. NHTom
Riffster
Looks like a piece of plywood with a rubber top to me.
Riptide
I can't tell, rct :/ I don't think the CAE have those handles on them though. I think you might be right Riffster. Here's another pic.
NHTom
I still think that if you click on the black and white pic to blow it up, it looks like aluminum edging on a round corner......have not been able to find one like it on a bunch of searches, but not sure. Riffster
Actually that's why it looks like plywood to me, when looking at the large pic I see layers. Frankly, being such a little piece with no angles or much of a design to it I bet it is just a piece of wood. I myself have been wanting to make a simple pedal board out of a 8" wide scrap of pine wood I have, I have a larger pedal board simply because I got it at a killer price but I never use more than 3 pedals at the time including the tuner. surfpup
I myself have been wanting to make a simple pedal board out of a 8" wide scrap of pine wood I have Done this many times... Larger versions with a hinged lid for power and cordage and simpler ones without. Use a piece of 2x2 to raise the front and you are all set! Riffster
Those pedal boards on the first two pics look suspiciously similar to this:
Riptide
I agree with NHTom that it really does look let it's some form of a metal board... That does look like it Riffster! I'm not sure if you know this but Ness is really big into cars and bikes (particularly old ones) so it would seem like something they might use for pedalboards! Riffster
Yea I know he is into cars and motorcycles, you can just tell from looking at him. By the way, I own a Marshall 1965a 4x10 cab and some guys tell me that is what he uses in his rig some other tell me that is not the case, same thing on the internet. Well he says he uses a Marshall 4x10 cab with greenbacks... As far as I'm aware he has never said the exact model. So it's all hearsay IMHO. But it certainly does look like a 1965a! If you are ever gonna sell that let me know
