best completely solo performances

I don't know about recent years as I haven't kept up. But in the 70's, whenever Framptoon sat down with an acoustic it was always dreamy. By Your Side, Lines On My Face, Penny For Your Thoughts, Wind of Change. I remember he was at Glassboro State College, first solo outing, year, little more before the live record and he did a metricce Tonne of koostic stuff by himself. BadA ss.

Very hard to state best all time. But of these examples Searcy's Lydia was pretty cool on the bass.

 

But Ben Lacy's version of Cashmere blew them all away. I hope he was the last guy to play solo in that lineup, because you could tell by the looks on their faces that none of the others sitting on that stage wanted to follow him.

 

And while we're at it - how about some props for the guy that wrote the guitar parts for that song in the first place.
