B25 Has It's Day

Every once in a while the marketplace goes above and beyond. http://www.ebay.com/...=item4ac9dec6e0 Plastic adj bridge and all. Go fig!

Sorry guys...the listing ended. A late 60's B25 went for $1533. Wow!

I played a '65 B-25 (w 1-11/16" neck) for over 20 years & really like 'em. Also had a '64 Epi Cortez, and currently have a '66 Cortez. There's just something about them that grabs me, even with the plastic bridge. This little love affair in large part led to my recent purchase of the new LG-2 AE, which I find to be a real winner.

 

Interestingly, what I paid for the new LG-2 is almost exactly what the B-25 went for @ $1533. Would I spend that kind of money on a B-25? Quite possibly yes - for a stellar example.

your are not alone bb !! I love the B25's and and O also figured that is the main reason why I love the new LGAE
