I did well

I had never heard of a Yairi Masterworks DYM95 so I did a search for it. Wow the only way it could be better is if it had been made by Nepalese Sherpa's who hand carved it from the root of an ancient tree known to give sexual prowess.

You should post the story of how and by who that is made.

I dont understand... where are the pickups?

Nice guitar blue' date=' you did well indeed... (actually I would say you did GREAT). How does she play?[/quote']

Very nice!! I've heard of them but I've never played one, so I'm curious too. Can you compare it to a Taylor if you've played one (I own one)?

Thanks guys...

Its got a beautiful even tone, with a slight favour on the lower end. Just a tad, its not dark sounding at all.

It feels good in my hands too...which is half the battle with me.

I tried out Martins, Taylors and even 2 Gibson models. To me ( Me)..The Yairi sounded the best to my ears.

I dont like talking money. But its in the 2K range, so the models I tried out were all in the same price range.

Exquisite bridge, eh?

Good thing about acoustics is that if you treat them well (and that includes trateing them a little bad) it only gets better and better.

I would never be happy about guitars without at least one playable acoustic. I've ever played them and NEVER been without one in my bedroom since i was 10 years old.

They are the real deal.

Nice one! I kinda have an affinity towards singer songwriters, not that I want to be one myself, but I have the utmost respect for a guy/gal alone on stage with just a acoustic guitar and the ability to spellbind an audience..
