zombywoof
That is a really beautiful looking guitar. I wish though Gibson would forget all the blues guitar hype nonsense.
Gibson101
Maybe I'll take a black sharpie to my Robert Johnson, that sure is a sweet looking guitar. Any difference besides the adi top from a Robert Johnson L-1?
jt
A beautiful thing, though with that bridge shape and unbound fingerboard, it's a replica of a 1929 model. Here's my 1928 L-1, for comparison:

BluesKing777
The new one needs a bit of time leaning on the side fence to get the JT guitar's patina.... (Would that help the sound?) BluesKing777.

Both guitars are nice, but I'd take your vintage one in a heartbeat. It looks to be in spectacular condition.

The upper bout on the modern guitar flattens out in the heel area whereas in the original the curve continues. It is a lovely playing and sounding guitar.
