Please help me to verify this Gibson Songwriter Standard

How old is the guitar? . What makes you think it's been refretted?

 

As Nick commented, the fretwire looks to be the right size and end finish.

 

Is it the wire color that has you concerned? . In your photo, the color of those frets don't look like the same nickel-silver alloy that Gibson uses - but that could be due to the lighting.

It just looks like oxidized nickel silver fretwire to me.

Gibson Acoustic pretty much switched from binding-over-frets to frets-over-binding a little while ago. So, on close-to-new Gibsons, absence of nubs is no longer evidence of a refret.
