JuanCarlosVejar
I've seen a bunch of 3/4's gibson acoustics but never an electric : I know it's an acoustic forum but it was really neat to see it ... =) JC
ChrisM
Very cool, never seen one of these either. I've been wanting a pre 1957 ES-125 for a while now but this little one just looks like too much fun. I wonder how rare/how many of these were made. Why would Gibson make this model in the first place?
capmaster
Darn interesting - thanks for posting, JC! Just looked into the related shop: http://shop.guitarpoint.de/ The ES-125 is already sold, the price was 1,650.00 EUR: http://shop.guitarpoint.de/de/Gibson/1957-Gibson-ES-125-T-3/4-Sunburst- This guy obviously must have sold a 1960 Les Paul Standard Sunburst Figured Top for 200,000.00 EUR: http://shop.guitarpoint.de/de/Gibson/1960-Gibson-Les-Paul-Standard-Sunburst-
zombywoof
I saw two of those come up at an auction house recently. They really were cool looking.

Smurfbird
I played a 3/4 Gibson like the ones mentioned (no memory of the model #), but the one I played had the tightest 1-9/16 that I wonder if it could have been even tighter. It was a serious drawback for a guitar that otherwise was a thing of beauty.
