Have $5,800.00 for a piece of junk?

Proof that not even a guitar with signatures on it is an "investment".

He's already selling it at a loss.

He bought it at a fundraiser for a children's charity and thinks that is what it's value is.

What part of "donation" doesn't he get?

Rich guys don't get rich by buying over priced wall hangers. I predict it won't well at all.

True. And given it's on CL I won't predict either whether it will sell or not.

But rich guys get rich so that $5,800 is insignificant and they can buy overpriced wall hangers. And show their dinners guests, as I said. Just look where the vintage market is at. Or at Clapton's auction.

Rich people can buy a great many things. But this would be a foolish investment. It won't be sold. No rich dinner guests will see it. It's just another CL looser thinking his junk is worth thousands because that's what he paid for it. I have a friend who lives in a double wide. He has a $10,000 tool box on there right now. Hes asking 8,000. It hasn't sold in 8 months because no one with 8,000 cash would be foolish enough to spend it on a tool box. But his price is firm. And he is still broke .
