Just been over to see Joe and left my R8 with him for a fret dress. Sat chatting with Joe just reminded what an amazing man he is. I played a strat he built and aged. Holy crap, I've found me next guitar. I just can't recommended Joe highly enough to any one in the UK. Just the best damn luthier/tech you could hope for. And so kind and friendly.

Did you reserve it, Farns?

Next practice I expect to see a Strat!

Hope I'm not about to go too off-topic, Farns?

Co-incidentally the local place where I go to for a fret-dress (Dickinson Amps) also has a 'Strat' which they use as a mule to demo their hand-built electronic bits'n'bobs and their rather wonderful amps.

I've posted a snap before but not for years so........how would you fancy playing this baby?
