Thundergod Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Very funny... now if you say you play guitar they look at you like you are a weirdo with no life... (you know... whoever has time to learn to play an actual instrument must be because they dont have a social life, women, guitarhero, go to discos, and lots of other "important and normal" stuff). Of course there are still women out there that are impressed by guitar players, and willing to take their clothes of...
AXE® Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 And all this time I thought it was my effervescent personality...

When I was in my 20s, I'd get plenty of girls but everyone else was looking at my like I had no future. Fortunately, I'm a pretty good looking guy and looked like a rock star when I was in my 20s with the long hair and all so the girls didn't seem to be thinking about the future (mine or theirs). Sorry if that sounds conceited, I'm not actually it's just that I know my strengths and weaknesses. Back to the point. Today, when people find out I play a guitar, they feel that I have talent and a musical endeavor. It's a plus. Go figure.

AXE® Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 Did you get permission to use such a large word? Just because I'm a pr*ck doesn't mean I'm illiterate....

KSG_Standard Posted December 28, 2008 Posted December 28, 2008 That reminds me of a tasteless old joke about the husband that came home late and found that his wife had thrown all of his clothes onto the front lawn, he went into the house where his angry wife confronted him, she said get out you pedophile. He said pedophile, that's an awfully big word for a 12 year old.
