Notes go sharp on 2 fret

So i bought a beat up '69 sg a while ago. Did some mods on her, and i sure love the look. But i have this problem that the notes go sharp on 2 and 3 fret. Intonation on 12 fret is spot on. Neck looks pretty straight. Any opinions?

Did you check for wear of the affected frets? If the crown has become wider through the loss of material, this would cause higher intonation due to the effectively increased width of the fret wire.

I got her re fretted, guess i will take her back to them and check it out. Thanx for your thoughts man

I thought about that, too, but in this case the intonation at the 1st fret should be sharp, too, and even more than at any other one.

First fret also go sharp, guess it's fine from 4 fret. I know the guitar tech put a little tiny wooden bit under the nut, for raising it. But visually it all looks good. So what should i look for on the nut?

You're looking for the strings to be too high at the nut!

Will try very gently and file the slots. They are a bit higher her than on my other sg's. Thanx man
