cjsinla
What holds the compensated tailpiece in place on a 1965 SG Special when it has a Maestro vibrato? I have a Pete Townsend anniversary model guitar that is like a 65 Special. Is it possible to just drop a Maestro unit on such a guitar?
L5Larry
My '64 Firebird III had the short Maestro and the large post bridge as shown above. It was simply held in place by string pressure. Putting a Maestro on your SG would work in the same fashion.
