milod
Super... And a Merry Christmas to you and yours... Keep playin'! It's good for the spirit, IMHO. And that's a great gift to yourself. Nice quilts, btw. m

Rabs
Well, it is Christmas morning here (Merry Christmas, by the way! :D. ) I played the little bit that I learned to this point for my husband. It wasn't perfect, but he recognized it right away. I don't know what made him smile bigger: seeing me play (even badly!) or the fact that I was attempting to play our song. I was so nervous I barely slept last night. I am just happy it surprised him and made him happy! Thank you to everyone for your support and advice along the way (and to Pauloon for the tabs!). I don't think I would have had the courage to do it without the support! Merry Christmas! Very cool.. if only more people would be as thoughtful, that is the kind of gift money cant buy :) And keep up the playing Its not the fact that your are nervous (we all go through that), its the fact you still try despite that which counts ;)
vangoghsear
I am so glad he appreciated your effort at what I thought was a wonderful gift. Your posts seemed so much like I was reading an O'henry novelette. Hope you had a great Christmas. Keep on playing your guitar.
