zigzag
Practiced for two and a half hours today. That may not seem like very long to many of you, but I usually do about an hour to an hour and a half a day. Worked on a standard I7, IV9, V9 blues progression and arps, just fiddlefarting around, and some great stuff came out of it. It is so easy to get lost in what you're doing and the time to fly by. Picked up the 335 first and the Tele next. Those guitars sound so good. I am blessed.
quapman
Those guitars sound so good. I am blessed. Set those guitars on the stand and say as Chet said,, "how do they sound now?" Give yourself some credit Bro. I've heard your playing. Your work ethic shows. I really hope I can one day start to get regular structured practice going again. Damn busy life happening all the time... lol But I love my kids and wouldn't change it so C'est la vie.
matonanjin
I am blessed. Yes. You are. I have good intentions of practicing that much every day. At least that much. I just haven't been that disciplined enough to do it lately. I have the time. I'm retired. Your post made me rethink that. Thanks.
