Guest Farnsbarns
If I had your guitar and I was offered a trade for a guitar I would prefer to have I would do the trade. In this case I wouldn't trade but that's because I don't like explorers very much.

capmaster
I do own a Government Series II Explorer, and it is a very great guitar. However, I wouldn't have parted with any of my guitars for buying this one although it would have been economically sensible. This is a player's view, can't speak for the collector, have just been looking for a Gibson Explorer at a reasonable price for a longer period. trblake
The Classics are very pretty guitars. I don't think I could say that about the Government series. They look more utilitarian.
