brannon67
Just traded a Larrivee 12 string for a 1959 Gibson LG-1 with case. In ex cosmetic and playing condition.
MissouriPicker
Sounds real good. Hope it's every bit of what you want. I've been getting more and more interested in a smaller body Gibson lately. Get us some pics and video.
zombywoof
Congrats and enjoy. Interesting trade in a way as those two guitars are pretty much polar opposites of each other. 12 stringers can be strange companions though. Mine often sits unplayed for a bit but then I get that itch that only a 12 string can scratch.
brannon67
Well, I saw it hanging on the wall of the shop, and had the guy to take it down for me. I played and sounded awesome. I needed a small body Gibby, so, I trade. I really wanted to keep the 12, but could not. It was either/or. I could not let this little beauty get away,
duluthdan
Now there's a complete change in the tonal pendulum. In the right hands, that LG-1 has a cool sound all it's own. Congrats! Awaiting pictures.
