Bender 4 Life
everyone from pro musician to struggling newbie has one "that" guitar that you really look forward to playing, and/or just can't put down when you pick it up mine WAS either my old Washburn D-10 acoustic or my SG Std....because they're so "comfy" and just fit me so well.....BUT since i've gotten the Classic Player '60s Strat, that's all changed.....and it's not just "honeymoon romance", i've had plenty of those, even w/a few Strats, but there's just something about THIS guitar. plays and sounds fantastic....not even a HINT of "Mexi-vibe" about it, plus... standing, feels perfect....the strap that came w/my Amer.Dlx. now resides in the CPs case sitting, perfect....for some reason there's no "chase the Strat down my thigh" game w/my pick-hand like there is w/my other 3 Strats....maybe the edge is flatter, I don't know but it "sits" like a LP/Tele/Semi does. it even feels good in a recliner/office chair, which can be important to an older guy w/a destroyed back. anyhow, here's a pic.......now, tell me about YOUR current love. PeteWilson
Mine is a guitar I was given by my Dad, when I was very young, a 1956 Gibson ES-125, with a single P90. I play this guitar when I miss or reminisce in my head about him. He made me swear I would never sell it or trade it or pawn it while he lived. He is gone, but the guitar remains, and shall so ever remain...

Jimi Mac
My Vintage (brand) V100GT It's my first Les Paul (style) guitar I ever bought and it's simply my comfort-zone/security-blanket! If things ain't quite right it just feels the best in my hands and settles me down and puts me in a happy place! It's my Danny Kirwan axe! saturn
That would be my 2004 Les Paul Studio. I've never had a huge collection, but have owned and do own several other guitars, but since I've bought this LP it has been my go-to. Even when I go to my buddy's house for jam night (which I will do tonight BTW) he has several Teles, Strat, Parker and even a Custom Shop R8, which I get to play them all. Still, when I go back to my Studio, it just feels the most "right". I think that 50s neck is perfect for my hand, and the fact that it has some weight to it, never lets me forget it's around my neck. Sound wise, it might not be the most versatile for all situations, but for "feel" it's my favorite.
Ryan H
'64 Melody Maker, hands-down. Best neck I've ever felt on a guitar, and under 7lbs. -Ryan
pippy
1995 R0. "Marmalade" Beyond a doubt the finest-sounding guitar I've ever played in my 38 years as a picker. P.

cookieman15061
No doubt about it. My 98 Fender Standard Strat. It's perfect every time out and aside from string change has never needed adjusted or tweaked. She even stays in tune while using the trem. Just lucky I guess. Riffster
I rotate my guitars, some more than others but all around "if I was going to keep only one" it would be my Les Paul.

bonzoboy
Just 2 or 3 days ago I took my 1965 John Lennon out for the first time in months-I plan on passing her on to my 1st grandson who is due in early May so she has to be perfect-anyway I played her through the beautiful Vox AC-4-TV that I bought earlier this week and she sounds just incredible through this little tone monster. The Casino/Vox combination is just a match made in Heaven and I have now played the Casino through all 6 of my Vox amps with the same results.Maybe Tom Jennings used a Casino originally as the test guitar for his earlier Vox amps. The JL Casino is my favourite guitar with a 1st place tie with my '65 Strat, not because John was/is my life hero and mentor but because it is an incredibly well made guitar that is the most comfortable guitar that I ever played. The sound of a Casino is also one of the nicest sounding guitars ever made too.I have spent the past few days playing old Beatle songs, even the later ones where John used Fender Super Reverbs and Twins such as on Let It Be and Abby Road, the Casino does all of these songs justice. krock
I played her through the beautiful Vox AC-4-TV that I bought earlier this week and she sounds just incredible through this little tone monster. I own the head and cab version and put in blackburn mullards and a celestion blue. They really are cool little amps. I just quickly took a pic of my squier tele custom which I favour more than my other guitars. Ive modded pretty much everything except the wood itself. It has wilkinson tuners which will soon be changed to fender locking ones as soon as I get hold of a drill, graph tech tusq nut, cts pots, switchcraft jack and toggle switch, seymour duncan slash pickups, callaham vintage style strat saddles, upgraded wiring and K40Y-9 capactitors. I've bonded with this guitar so much I find it difficult to like any of my other guitars as much. I know I've spent way more on this guitar than its actually worth but I used it to improve my skills and knowledge

'Scales
My 1969 Epiphone. As a novice guitarist this is a great guitar - simple, stable, well made, reliable, very light weight and beautifully set up so I don't have to 'fight' it to play the best I can.
