I saw a Les Paul G0 on the wall with nice pinkish yellow faded marks under the ears of the headstock from the foam on the wall hanger. Then again the salesman thought it was a Historic Reissue 1960. Go figure. Oh, if you meant the weight-hanging thing, of course not. If anything the tension of hanging the guitar would tend to keep the neck straight rather than warp it, but remember it's insignificant compared to the string tension.
