The Machines are here folks and they intend to take over the whole show. And with all those "fingers" what chance do you stand?

Actually, there are some bits I like in that piece.

 

But does it have soul?

Interesting indeed..cool maybe...but isn't it just a glorified player piano......but this is how it starts..next thing you now they are drinking 5 quarts of 10 W 30 a day and twerking the cola machine at walmart....seen it before..very sad.

Joking aside,,, I heard the player piano in it myself.

 

Sounded very mechanical... which obviously it was.

But still very cool.

The can solve puzzles too, much faster than we can

Pretty amazing! Sounded a bit like Dream Theater.

 

I notice they programmed in a few slurs/slides to try to make it sound human, but

it never quite got there (as far as expressiveness). Kinda like Dream Theater.

I dunno know. I don't like computers at all, so I'd put this down as a negative to me. Now if someone invented a device that would stimulate the fingers to pick and play, that would be cool to me. Talk about the ultimate teaching tool.
