Mr Potential Scammer went out of his way for this interesting photo, the artful scammer, he: Your degree of confidence in this purchase should also be influenced by where the instrument is being listed, what you know about the seller, return policy, and any recourse offered by payment method used (credit card, PayPal, etc). Many on this forum have good information about this era of J-200. Maybe if you were to include the listing, those in the know could offer more things to look/look out for. Kaiser Bill Posted March 22, 2014 Share Posted March 22, 2014 Its close to mine, but not exact. Mine has an orange label inside, and the dots on the pick guard are a different color. Mine is an '05 signature model so the "mustache" bridge is different as is the truss rod cover. It could be the real deal...no telling from the photos as far as I can see. Good luck deciding.
