Rosemarie Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 I just shipped my Takamine G330G to a person in Michigan. Its a little bittersweet. I bought the guitar when I was working at Zapf's Music in Philadelphia. I had good times playing it, but we needed the money and I haven't played it in awhile. I paid about $275 for it new with a soft sided case and I only took a $50 hit on it so I don't really have anything to complain about. I just hope it has a good second life.
Karloff Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 i'm sorry to hear that. but things turn around. couple years ago I had to sell my Takamine, and my Marshall 1/2 stack cuz I got laid off. hang in there Rose
Rosemarie Posted March 31, 2014 Author Posted March 31, 2014 You still have one to play though?.....yes? Yes. I have my LP Studio that I've had since HS. Unless it is a matter of life or death, that's going nowhere. If that day ever comes, I'd be heartbroken, but fortunately I have a great husband who knows how much my LP means to me and he would never let me sell it - even if we really needed the money.

kidblast Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 ^- don't you mean "good girl"? Rosemarie, no worries, they still make acoustics (the ones with the flat tops with the holes in em)... When you are flush again, you can go shopping and start all over with a new one.
MrNylon Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 Sorry to hear that. I had a Rickenbacker 4003 I reluctantly sold last year. I did however get a chance to replace it. Ya' never know.
