powerwagonjohn Posted May 6, 2014 Share Posted May 6, 2014 I have a 1956 Es-225 and really like the guitar a lot. Although I had heard something about these being re-issued, I am surprised too as I didn't think there was that much of a market for this kind of guitar especially at that price. The price of the old ones have gone up a bit but you can still find an old one at a fair price. I know I paid $1500.00 for mine in near perfect condition.
