FZ Fan, I could have written your reply word for word except I'd substitute in either Let it Bleed or Beggars Banquet for Some Girls ( though I like that album too and it would be next after those others for me). For me personally, even a 'best of' Exile would be behind those - still happy to listen to it though and Loving Cup is a personal favourite. Sticky Fingers is my favourite Stones album - all killer - and Mick T really is a great player - that outro solo on Sway... man, I stop and listen every time. superb phrasing. As an FZ link - I hear Mick T in the solo on Muffin Man - another favourite solo.

I love Mick Taylor's playing too, but what guitar is Keef playing (looking at the first track) ?

I was watching the Ed Sullivan shows from the 60's recently,,and they had The Stones doing "Ruby Tuesday",,and Kieth was playing piano,,and if you watch him while there playing,,hes looking at something in the rafters of the studio above him,,and laughing the whole time,,,,wonder what he was seeing? Its great to watch.
