JAMES2295 Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 I bought this Guitar new in 2006, this is a 2006 Gibson Hummingbird Quilt, 1 of 20 made Limited run. The sound on this baby is totally awesome. I also own a 1969 Hummingbird but the tone one my quilt is so bright. This came with Bone pins etc. Not the plastic like the the new ones made today. Does anyone have one of these babies?? I spoke with Robi Johns from Gibson, he said my Hummingbird was one of the first Custom Quilts made, which is now Gibson core Hummingbird. The COA is signed by Ren Ferguson. Is there anyone out there that has one ??
