DaddyJay69 Posted October 30, 2014 Share Posted October 30, 2014 I just bought a new EB-3 as well and liked the original strings as well so I wrote an email to Epiphone and this is the response that I got. Congrats on your new bass! The strings that come on this model are NPS (nickel plated steel), gauges .045, .065, .080, and .105.
