I like the way this fellow strums with this fingers. I've never heard anyone get so much mileage out of his fingers, sounds like a pick. Guitar sounds good. What kind of guitar is this?

Gibson Songwriter it appears..likely rosewood. Can't beat a Gibson for singing and songwriting!

in fact, I like guita very much but i find it is hard to learn......

Players like Jason who predominantly use their bare thumb and fingers develop some pretty good calluses on the thumb which can sound similar to using a pick.
