Please help identify year and factory by serial #

Hello, just joined the forum. This is my first post. I've been on the dater and serial # sites and can't identify this P-90 Epi Jr.

 

Number on neckplate: C197118785. What factory is indicated by the letter "C"? Other identifier: the TRC says "Gibson".
