Input on '76 Custom Dove

Hi Folks,

I'm thinking about purchasing this '76 Custom Dove with a natural top for $1200. It has a three piece back, actually, a four piece back. There's the center book matched seam, and then two inlaid seams flaring out from the neck block area. It's in mint condition, very little fret wear. Any ideas on if I'm approaching a good/bad deal?
