Fran Guidry
Our Hawai`i trip is winding down but I finally got a keeper version of "Na Pua Lei `Ilima" on my EF-500RCCE. I shot this at a native vegetation restoration project called Na Pohaku o Hauwahine - The Boulders of the Dragon Lady. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vTt_brVdK90 Fran

Fran Guidry
Just wonderful Fran, really enjoyed it. Man that Masterbilt sure sounds good! Thanks. I wound up installing a Baggs Lyric using the Nanomag output jack. I still have the eSonic2 blend coming out of the regular strap jack. It's been real handy because the Lyric is giving me a pinging note on the first string open, it sounds bad through a PA. But it records very nicely, I think, especially if I keep my picking hand closer to the neck. Hawai`i is a paradise, but it's nearly always a loud one, at least in the locations I visit, so being able to get a decent recorded sound with a pickup adds a lot of flexibility. Fran Guidry
love it! Thanks, it's been a lot of fun. We put the Masterbilts away this evening, we fly out at 6:30 AM so I'm guitar-less until we get home tomorrow. Fran
