1941 SJ-55 reissue ?

Recommended Posts

I was in Dawson`s (Manchester) the other week, and was admiring their very nice sunburst 1941 SJ-100 reissue, when it dawned on me, that they could use the same shaped bridge and pickguard on a reissue of the Jumbo-55, if they so wished. Now I know the slope shouldered market is a little cluttered, but I think this model would be different enough to give another try.

How about it Gibson, any chance?

Steve.
