Here is the Robert Plant set. Still don`t know what that wire taped to the J-35 does, as it disappears under the soundhole cover. He was a bit lively on that guitar, so maybe it was an earthing wire. [biggrin]

Anyone able to tell what Robert plants guitarist had the cable taped to the bottom of his fretboard was?

In the video on YouTube with him playing his J35 he talks about different ways of amplification . When he turns the guitar over,this looks like a similar setup as he used at Glastonbury though not in the exact same position.

Looks like its a separate pickip working in tandem with the UST.
