surfpup
I always remember that photo of Page with the sunglasses, German looking officer hat playing the double neck. I know someone will post it. I can only post stuff from Photobucket. Like these...

the dog
You know that Jimmy used that fender telecaster to record all of the first album. It was after that Joe Walsh sold him his '59 LP. I always thought that also. I just read a Jimmy Page interview recently in Guitar World and he said that "You Shook me" was played with a Gibson V. Page said that someone outside the studio had one and he borrowed it to record "You Shook Me". At that time he said he could not afford another guitar and the tele was his only. AndyK
Everyone assumes that since Jimmy usually plays a LP, D-28 and the ESD-1275 live, that those are the same guitars he plays in the studio as well. Indeed. Having owned a twin neck, I can tell you the 6-string neck is too short to reach those notes (if you didn't know).

darling67
Here's a cool pic of Percy giving the double neck a go... Very cool! Love seeing these obscure candid photos… ones that don't quite make the widely-published cut.
