tweed2
Here is mine! I've often thought about adding a Maestro tailpiece to mine. Any difficulties or regrets? Looks great, by the way.

hilm3
I've often thought about adding a Maestro tailpiece to mine. Any difficulties or regrets? Looks great, by the way. Minor difficulties and no regrets. The whole job took about an hour, but I am handy. I had bought the vibrola for my SG, but decided against it and stuck it in a drawer. I found it one day and got it in my head to put it on the Casino. I had to do a little filing on the vibrola to allow the mount to swing past being parallel to the top of the vibrola since the top of the Casino is curved. This allowed it to sit flat on the soundboard. The only requirements were I had to drill holes on the soundboard, so pretty much into the land of no return with the mod. It stays in tune just fine. It gives a beautiful shimmer when you want it. i am very glad I did this. If you search for my posts, I documented when I did it. And I think it looks stunning! I got a ridiculous deal on this almost unplayed MIC Casino. I paid the same price for the vibrola - a knock-off of very high quality I found on eBay - as I paid for the Casino. Stuck on the "E" that I took off the pick guard that I replaced with the thin-style "E". and good to go.
