The spec seem a little different than the ES-175, not that it's a bad thing. MSRP is around $1300 I believe, probably pick one up under a grand. milod Posted September 13, 2014 Share Posted September 13, 2014 Actually the guitar in the avatar is an early/mid '70s Ibanez "patent infringement" ES175 with two pups. An absolutely marvelous guitar; the best I've ever owned or had my hands on. Period. Gibson at that time period wasn't all that great in build; this one is. Which is, it appears, why the company owners of the time got owly about the plainly-marked Ibanez. The Eastman is for carrying out in bad weather. For what it's worth, I've looked at newer Ibanez archtops and never saw anything that compares with the old one; nor does the Eastman for all of that, although it's quite nice. m Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
