E-minor7
Wonder how this one is braced - yes, and how it sounds. . http://www.ebay.com/itm/1966-Vintage-HOFNER-ACOUSTIC-GUITAR-gibson-jumbo-western-ORIGINAL-CASE-/321515149807?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV&hash=item4adbcbd9ef

zombywoof
Don't have a clue but I am guessing the 5154 is a Selmer model number and not Hofner. The guitar is obviously part of the Hofner jumbo western line.
E-minor7
The guitar - which I'd really like to hear/try - is X-braced and has laminated hog back'n'sides.
62burst
Careful- I smell GAS. Do you smell GAS? Very tasty looking burst. Someone has a penchant for over-engineered bridges, perhaps? Seller says lam back/sides? Weren't some with laminated tops? Hard to find a center seam in those un-zoomable photos. 2 ply 'guard (B/W)? Nice raised logo w/ dagger. Overall, really nice condition. Why did this one rest under someone's bed for decades? Nice case.
